1. Service Description

PostHost ("the Service") provides managed hosting of the open-source Postiz social media scheduling platform. We provision dedicated cloud servers with Postiz pre-installed for subscribers.

2. Account Terms

By subscribing, you agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

3. Payment & Billing

The Service is billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your billing dashboard.

4. Cancellation & Data

Upon cancellation, your server and all associated data will be permanently deleted. We recommend exporting any data you wish to keep before canceling.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal activities, spam, or abuse. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Open-Source Software

Postiz is open-source software developed by third parties. We provide the hosting infrastructure but do not develop or maintain the Postiz software itself. Postiz is subject to its own license terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss or service interruptions.
